Technical Speaker: Joetta Dailey, CPESC
Topic: Proactive Watershed Planning for Lewisville Lake

Implementing the Hickory Creek Watershed Protection Plan and developing a regional, multi-entity approach to watershed management.  Joetta Dailey will give an overview of the grant received by the City to develop cost effective BMPs for reducing contaminates caused by future development.

Joetta Dailey, CPESC graduated from the University of North Texas with a BS in Biology and a MS in Environmental Science.  She has worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Lewisville Aquatic Ecosystem Research Facility, UNT and the City of Denton; where she is currently the Watershed Protection Coordinator.
