Topic: Highway 101

Speaker: Matthew E. MacGregor, P.E.

Mr. MacGregor is a transportation professional with over 33 years of experience in project development; 28 years at TxDOT and 5 in the private sector. His experience includes; design, PEL Studies, NEPA planning, schematic development, PS&E, traffic and revenue studies, P3 Procurement, right-of-way, utilities, research, office and consultant management, and agreement preparation. He has been involved in over billions of completed government and privately funded transportation projects/programs. To name a few; US 75 Central Expressway, Planning for the LBJ West TexPress Lanes, I-35E Schematic ongoing in Hill County, Member of the TRB Managed Lanes Committee. In his spare time, an hour week, he is Scoutmaster for Troop 42 in East Dallas. He is married to May and has three sons; Collin 27, Dillon 19, and Trevlan 15. In another body he has completed the 10 marathons he entered.

Topic: TEXRail Construction Update

Speaker: Brian Murnahan

Brian joined the TEXRail team in January. He has 20 years in public relations experience, driving communications and media outreach across diverse industries. As an award-winning public relations executive, his areas of expertise include crisis communications, public/media relations, business development, campaigns and promotions, and social media, among others. Brian is a member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Tarrant Chamber, Treasurer of the Greater Fort Worth Public Relations Society of America and a Rotary member to name just a few.
