Bleu Ciel Residential Tower

Luc will be presenting on the Bleu Ciel residential tower in Dallas. The building was designed by renowned French Architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. The 8th development in the 18-city block district of Harwood, the Bleu Ciel residential tower is nearing topping out. Luc will discuss the tower’s many unique features and talk about the design process and some of the interesting challenges encountered on the project.

Luc Dewailly grew up in Paris, France. He received a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from l’Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics in 2004 and then came to College Station to obtain a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M in 2006. He has been working at L.A. Fuess Partners since then (11 years) and is a licensed structural engineer in the State of Texas. Luc has two boys age 4 and 7 keeping him very busy at home, but he makes sure to burn off any remaining ounce of energy by running on roads and trails anytime he gets a chance.
