VERDUNITY, Inc. is a woman-owned civil engineering, urban design and community consulting firm founded in April 2011 by three individuals who left leadership roles with large firms behind because we felt the current model of how community projects get done could be improved. We believe the answer to many of the issues communities are facing lies in taking an approach that integrates planning, engineering, urban design and landscape architecture perspectives and balances impacts on the urban and natural environments. We have purposefully assembled a lean team of experts that embraces these beliefs and offers communities an efficient consulting option to address projects of all types and sizes. We are focused on helping communities select the projects that will have the highest impact on city finances and quality of life, while minimizing impacts on natural resources and community resources, creating healthy, economically sustainable communities.
