Enrique Guillen is the Manager of Construction for the North Texas Tollway Authority, the NTTA. He has served in that role since 2011 and during that time has been responsible for overseeing the construction of Chisholm Trail Parkway, a 27-mile toll road in Tarrant and Johnson counties.

Today, he is the lead engineer for the NTTA’s improvement projects along the Dallas North Tollway from the President George Bush Turnpike to the Sam Rayburn Tollway. These projects include the addition of a fourth lane of traffic in each direction. In addition, Mr. Guillen is overseeing the reconfiguration of the interchange at the Dallas North Tollway/Bush Turnpike.

A proud graduate of New Mexico State University, Enrique has worked in the highway development and construction field since 1990.

He has held positions with both the Texas Department of Transportation and New Mexico State Highway and Transportation Department, and as Senior Resident Engineer for Lamb-Star Engineering.

In his spare time… well, Enrique says he has no spare time.
