Habitat For Humanity - Carter Build Project

DAILY VOLUNTEER SLOTS NOW OPEN!

Throughout the week of October 5-11, 2014, Dallas Habitat needs more than 700 General Construction Volunteers to help build 30 new homes and repair 20 existing homes in our area. The event begins with Opening Ceremonies in Dallas on Sunday afternoon. Monday through Friday are build days. Saturday morning we’ll celebrate our accomplishments with Trinity Habitat at the Closing Ceremonies in Fort Worth.

Volunteers must be willing to take direction from Construction Leaders and be able to assist on tasks including, but not limited to, framing, roof work, siding, drywall, interior trim, painting, use of power tools and repair or refurbishing existing homes. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Carter Work project.
