ASCE Dallas Finger Printing Opportunity for License Renewal - During May Meeting

Scheduling a fingerprinting Appointment for the Special Print Session on 05/12/2014 is fast and easy.  Here’s how to schedule your fingerprinting appointment:

1. Go to www.identogo.com

2. Click on the “Texas” link and then go to “Online Scheduling”

3. Choose English or Espanola

4. Fill in your first and last name

5. Step 2-Application ID; please select “Texas Board of Professional Engineers”.

6. The next screen will ask for the Agency Assigned Applicant Number. The will begin with PE- and is found on your FAST Pass form.

7. Choosing your location - DO NOT ENTER YOUR ZIP CODE!  Use the drop down menu in the Regions area to select “SPECIAL PRINT”

8. You will need to locate the Special Print labeled ASCE Dallas. May 12th will be highlighted please click on this date.

9. Please select a time.  Please keep in mind that you will not necessarily be fingerprinted as this time!

Enter your complete demographic and payment information. You have the option of paying with a credit card at the time of scheduling or by check or money order the day of fingerprinting.

Please make sure to bring your FAST pass, and your TX Driver’s License, TX Identification Card or Passport to your appointment.  You will also need to bring a check or money order with you if you opted to not pay by credit card. NO CASH PLEASE!!!!!
