In addition to that, the Section is also partnering with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), City of Dallas, Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T), North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW Airport) and many more local/state agencies. The Conference presents a tremendous opportunity to earn PDHs and gain new knowledge so that you and your business will thrive in the coming years.

The conference kicks off Thursday and will offer continuing education seminars in all disciplines, including certification for the post disaster infrastructure safety assessment administered by California Emergency Management Agency and the fresh off the press Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) EnvisionTM Sustainable Infrastructure Rating System, among others.

Technical sessions on Friday and Saturday will offer cutting edge information from research and practice in more than 70 technical sessions in all disciplines, as well as sessions catered towards professional development such as Public Speaking and Ethics. More interestingly, a full track of sessions on Engineering Claim and Avoidance was put together through collaboration between CI and SEI.

Friday will also include the Opening Luncheon and Awards Program, as well as an evening Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall, follow by a Signature Event at the Historic Old Red Court House. Students and Young Professionals will not want to miss the programs specifically planned for them.
