Tod Maurina, Assistant City Manager Special Development - City of The Colony

Mr. Maurina has 32 years of experience in Public Works Design and Management.  He originally hails from northern Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Northwestern University in 1981. In 1984 he received a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from California State University –Sacramento.  Mr. Maurina spent the first twenty-three years of his career in the Great Lakes region of the country where he worked for and ultimately earned a partnership with the consulting firm McMahon and Associates of Appleton, Wisconsin. After seventeen years as a partner with the firm Mr. Maurina sold his interest in the company and relocated to Texas where he partnered with the city of The Colony to manage their Public Works and Utilities Departments. In 2010 he was added to the City Manger’s staff and was an integral part of the recruiting effort that led to Nebraska Furniture Mart and the Grandscape Development to locate in The Colony.

Mr. Maurina in his capacity as Assistant City Manager of Special Development now serves on the executive management team for the Grandscape Development and represents The Colony’s interests in this unique public/private partnership.

W. Jeff Williams, P.E., President - Graham Associates, Inc.

W. Jeff Williams, P.E. is President of Graham Associates possessing 32 years of experience in civil engineering.  Jeff has been working on very diverse and high profile projects.  These projects have ranged from Parks, Town Centers, Sports Complexes, and Churches.  Jeff has served as the principal in charge or project manager for some of the premier projects in the D/FW metroplex such as AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium, I.H. 30 Three Bridges, The Ballpark in Arlington, River Legacy Living Science Center, The Parks Mall, Southlake Town Square, and Prestonwood Baptist Church.  Mr. Williams has received the “Award of Excellence” from the Texas Section of the American Society of Landscape Architects for the Johnson Creek Corridor Plan.  He has also received the “Comprehensive Planning Award” by the Texas Section of the American Planning Association.  Mr. Williams is currently serving as the Civil Engineer for the 400 acre Nebraska Furniture Mart development in The Colony, Texas.  He is also working on the largest suburban infill, mixed use development in the nation – the 2000 acre Viridian Development in North Arlington.
