Main Speaker: Richard Wagner, P.E. Dallas Water Utilities

Topic: Turning Waste into Energy – Cogeneration and Codigestion at the Dallas Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant

Richard V. Wagner, P.E. is the Senior Program Manager for the Wastewater Facilities Project Management program within Dallas Water Utilities. After graduating in 1994 from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, he came to work for Dallas Water Utilities. He has worked for the utility for over 17 years in various groups such as pipeline design, facilities design and has spent the last 11 years working at the City’s two wastewater treatment plants. He has been responsible for managing the engineering and construction of over $200 million dollars in wastewater improvements since 2000.
