Dallas Branch Scholarship Update

ASCE Dallas Branch needs your support for the GB Mann Scholarship Fund. With interest rates on the fund being so low in recent years, the golf tournament, which we alternate hosting with the Fort Worth Branch, is the primary source of revenue for the scholarship at the present time. Last year, the Dallas Branch hosted the golf tournament, but only generated enough funds to cover 93% of the scholarships. This year, the Fort Worth Branch is the host, which means that the Dallas Branch will not be able to award Scholarships to deserving students unless we can raise the funds to support them. Envelopes will be on all lunch tables Monday to collect donations for the GB Mann Scholarship this year.

For the next few months we will be providing our members with a convenientway to donate to the Dallas Branch Scholarship fund. When you register for the monthly meetings, you can check either the $2, $5, $10, $20 options if you wish to donate to the Dallas Branch Scholarship Fund.
