Mr. Swinney is an Associate Partner and Senior Project Architect at Glenn|Partners with 22 years of experience in K–12 and higher education design. His work spans projects of varying scale, from targeted renovations to large, ground-up high schools. Mr. Swinney brings expertise across all phases, including planning, schematic design, quality control, and construction administration. Known for his attention to detail and strong consultant coordination, he leads teams from concept through completion. He is passionate about creating thoughtful educational environments that support student success and finds lasting inspiration in seeing his work positively impact students, educators, and communities.

Mr. Glenn is a Partner and Managing Principal at Glenn|Partners. With 30 years of experience in educational planning and design across Texas, he is recognized for understanding client needs and guiding clear, strategic design solutions for school facilities. Mr. Glenn has completed nearly 235 projects totaling more than $3 billion in construction for over 50 school clients. His portfolio includes award-winning projects such as Amon Carter Riverside High School, Hawthorne Elementary School, Worthington Middle School, and J.J. Pearce High School. He has received more than 60 design awards, including eight (8) AIA honors from regional and national organizations.

Jared Boyles, PE

Mr. Boyles is a Principal at Alpha Consulting Engineers with over a decade of structural engineering experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His background spans educational, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects, with a particular emphasis on higher education and storm shelter design. He has contributed to major academic facilities, including Grayson College’s Health Science Building and multiple projects at Southern Methodist University. Mr. Boyles brings a multidisciplinary approach to design, drawing from experience in construction, architecture, and engineering to deliver efficient, well-coordinated structural solutions.

Steven Blair, PE

Mr. Blair has over 12 years of structural engineering experience, with a strong focus on K–12 educational facilities across Texas. His expertise includes new construction, renovations, additions, and complex projects delivered on active campuses. As a Project Manager at Alpha Consulting Engineers, he provides coordination, technical oversight, and quality assurance from design through construction. Mr. Blair has led projects for multiple school districts, including Keller ISD, Frisco ISD, Northwest ISD, and Garland ISD, and is known for delivering practical, efficient structural solutions that support long-term campus needs.
