Mr. Odiyeye is a civil engineer with the City of Dallas, serving as a capital improvement projects program manager at Dallas Love Field. In this role, he leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the airport’s capital improvement portfolio, advancing the continued growth and modernization of one of the nation’s busiest medium-hub airports.

With over seven years of experience managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure and development projects, Sunday brings extensive expertise in program management, engineering design oversight, construction administration, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance. He is responsible for overseeing projects from concept through closeout—guiding scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery within highly regulated aviation environments.

At Dallas Love Field, he directs capital improvement initiatives through all phases of execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. His leadership supports airfield, landside, and terminal enhancements that strengthen operational performance and long-term asset sustainability.
