September Meeting Speaker

Mr. Elias K. Sassoon, P.E. is the current Public Works Department Director for the City of Cedar Hill, Texas.  The title of his presentation for our September meeting is City of Cedar Hill, Tx: Infrastructure Development: Proposed Criteria/Process Revisions

Elias has a BS in Civil Engineering from UTA, a Master of Science in Transportation/Traffic Engineering from UTA, an MPA (Masters in Public Administration) from UTA.  He has worked 3 years for an engineering consultant firm, 5 years for the City of Fort-Worth as Program Manager, and 25 years in the City of Dallas as Chief Engineer.  He has worked on a variety of projects including American Airline Center, City of Dallas Police Headquarters’ building, and Expansion of the Dallas Convention Center.  He lives in the DFW area with his wife and two daughters.
