GUADALUPE RIVER: THE FLOOD MODELING OF THE JULY 4TH EVENT

Mr. Pantell, Principal Engineer at Waterway Engineering was the floodplain modeler who was at the Emergency Operation Center after the July 4th flood event. His model was used by search and recovery teams to assist in the aftermath of the event. Waterway developed the first official hydrologic assessment of the event for Kerr County. Mr. Pantell's specialty is in all things floodplain and drainage, which ranges from Master Drainage Planning and Land Development services to real time Flood Early Warning Systems and Legislative Consulting.
