Mr. Lyon is the Senior Vice President of Airport Development at DFW International Airport. With nearly 30 years in airport development, Mr. Lyon holds a B.S. in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Illinois. He is also a Certified Construction Manager, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Construction Manager’s Association of America. 

Mr. Lyon has led major projects at O' Hare, Midway, and Tucson airports. Currently, he oversees a $12 B Capital Plan, including the Terminal C Rehabilitation, the New Terminal F, and the Infrastructure Capital Program.
