Dev Rastogi assumed her position as the Assistant City Manager over the Sustainable portfolio for the City of Dallas in July 2024. She provides executive oversight for the departments of Aviation, Dallas Water Utilities, Transportation and Public Works and Office of Bond & Construction Management.

Dev brings 40 years of professional experience successfully delivering innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region, as well as her knowledge of Dallas, as a resident for over 35 years. Her proven track record of success spans clients such as the City of Dallas, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, North Central Texas Council of Governments, TxDOT, Dallas and Fort Worth Districts, Trinity Metro, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

Dev joined the City from AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm with its global headquarters in Dallas, where she was Senior Vice President, Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Executive, and Gulf Coast Transportation Business Leader. A licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Washington University. Dev is also the recipient of numerous honors, including the Texas Society of Professional Engineers Dallas Engineer of the Year.
