Mr. Ortiz is a professional civil engineer with over 14 years of experience. His experience includes project management, construction administration and civil engineering services associated with railroad, transportation, roadway, drainage design and permitting. Additionally, Logan has been involved with oversight of design services, construction management, owners’ representative roles, and long-range planning strategies. Mr. Ortiz’s breadth of experience includes management & design services for heavy industrial rail facilities which include site development, grading, drainage, environmental, storm water pollution prevention, permitting, design and engineering of each system.
