Hosam Mr. Salman, PhD., P.E., F. ASCE, is a Pavement and Geotechnical Senior Engineer with professional licenses in Texas, New York, Arizona, and Kansas. Mr. Salman holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt; an M.Eng. from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington, Texas. Mr. Salman has over 30 years of professional experience in analysis and design with over 15 years of experience in managing analysis and design on design build projects. Mr. Salman has been involved with variety of work and projects that range from small to large scale projects in both private and public sectors. Currently, Mr. Salman is the Texas Geotechnical Manager for WSP USA. He is also an adjunct professor for the Civil Engineering department at SMU and UTA Universities in Dallas, Texas.
