Topic: ASCE 38-22 Standard Guideline for Investigating and Documenting Existing Utilities – Updates from ASCE 38-02

Mr. Murphy has been working with utilities for almost 30 years with the last 22 years dedicated to Subsurface Utility Engineering. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering.  He holds PE licenses in Louisiana and Texas. He is a past president of UESI, TX and is currently the Utility Investigation Chair for BAMI-I.
