Margie McCreight graduated from Texas A&M in 2017 with a degree in civil engineering focusing on transportation. After working with a missions organization overseas for a year, Margie got a position in the Engineering Assistant Career Development Program with TxDOT in the Dallas District. During her rotation she spent two years working on the roadway design team, 2 years working in roadway construction in the Collin County area office, and 6 months in District Traffic Operations. Upon receiving her professional engineering license in January of 2023 and finishing the rotation program, Margie was hired as a Project Manager for the Dallas District Design team where she is leading the design of a 160 million dollar portion of US380 in Mckinney.
