Gini Connolly, AICP, GISP, CFM

Halff GIS Director
Gini is the Director of GIS at Halff bringing 22 years of extensive public sector GIS experience, including GIS program coordination, utility management using GIS, and software application implementations. She has specialized in utility mapping, and has also served as a Development Director coordinating land development processes. 

Jennifer Worthington, GISP, CFM

Halff GIS Team Leader

Jennifer Worthington serves as a GIS Team Leader at Halff with over 10 years of GIS experience. With a rich and varied background, she specializes in imagery analysis, cartography, Enterprise geodatabase development and management, and QA/QC implementation. As a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, Jennifer's experience includes managing time-sensitive geospatial analysis products with classified data. Jennifer's expertise further encompasses data integration into GIS, SDFIE compliance, and Civil 3D drawings, spanning site plan development, topographic surveys, and diverse infrastructure projects.
