Jennifer Nicewander, P.E.- Interim Director- Bond & Construction Management- City of Dallas

Jenny Nicewander, currently the Interim Director if the Bond and Construction Office, is a graduate for Texas Tech University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a licensed engineer in the State of Texas.  She has 29 years of experience in the municipal and aviation engineering field with a background in programming, civil engineering design, construction management, and a primary focus in pavement management. She is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of the 2024 Bond Program for the City of Dallas, currently estimated at a $1.1B program.
