2023 - 2024 BRANCH OFFICER/COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS

Dallas Branch Members, we would like for you to join us in leading the Branch!  Enthusiasm, commitment, and passion to serve are trademarks of Dallas Branch leaders and we extend a warm welcome to any members who embody those traits (or just want to help out).

We are looking for several volunteer leaders to serve on the Board and Committees for the 2023-2024 year.   There are many positions, so you can certainly find one that fits your skill set! The details about each position can be found in the Dallas Branch Guideline of Operation.  See below for the nominations/elections timeline.

Elections Timeline 

August – Nominating Committee solicits nominees and meets to consider officers and chairs.

• Members can apply and petition to be a nominee for officer or appointee for chair. 
• Nomination forms for officer positions are due to President by September 1, 2023.
• Slate of Nominees to be posted on Dallas Branch Website and social media by late August and election of officers will be open online 20 days prior to September meeting.
• Nomination forms for institute and chair positions are due to Past President by September 8, 2023.

September – Election of officers to be conducted and closed at Branch luncheon meeting. 

• Written ballots to be provided to those members that have not voted online at beginning of September Meeting.
• Announcement of 2023-2024 Slate of Officers at the end of the September Meeting.

October – Annual Meeting of the Dallas Branch to be held and elected officers installed.

• 2023-2024 Terms for Officers and Chairs start after the installation of officers at October Meeting.
