T&DI AM Technical Session @ 11:00AM Nicholas Konen- Director, Strategic Development- Alliance Texas Robert Folzenlogen- Senior Vice President, Strategic Development Topic: Long Term Strategic Planning Initiatives Nick serves as the Director of Strategic Development for Hillwood, working closely with development and marketing teams to advance long-term planning and infrastructure needs for the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone. Nick’s primary focus is to advance critical development initiatives around mobility, industrial infrastructure, energy, and data. Nick’s experience ranges from Class I railroad mainline, to intermodal, and large industrial site development. He has successfully executed numerous projects both large and small in different municipalities throughout the U.S. Serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development & Innovation for Hillwood, Robert Folzenlogen is responsible for overseeing long-term land and infrastructure planning, communication technology, power & energy integrations, and mobility automation. Robert works alongside each business unit within AllianceTexas for the future planning of regional projects including acquisitions, economic development partnerships and transportation initiatives. Robert and the strategic development team are focusing efforts to bring the infrastructure, logistics and planning necessary to support the Mobility Innovation Zone. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ SUE PM Technical Session @ 1:10PM Rusty Wolff- Criado Topic: Subsurface Utility Engineering(SUE) Rusty Wolff has more than 18 years of experience in construction management, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and subsurface utility engineering (SUE). During the past eight years, Rusty has provided SUE and utility coordination on various water transmission, municipal infrastructure, highways, aviation, and rail projects. He has managed more than 1,000 SUE projects. With a background in construction, he brings a rare perspective to each project, having previously represented owners in design reviews, construction negotiations, and management. He currently serves as the director of SUE operations, working hands-on to manage major projects, with additional responsibilities for contract negotiations and safety.
