You'll see everything on the resumes, except for the candidates' names and contact information.   4.  2023 ASCE Region 6 Student Symposium Sponsor Opportunities
Join us April 12 – 15, 2023 for the ASCE Region 6 Student Symposium. This year the event will be located in Amarillo, Texas at the Amarillo Tri State Exposition Center and hosted by the ASCE Student Chapters of West Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University.
The Student Symposium Career Fair is an opportunity for employers to meet with over 500 students from universities from Texas, Mexico, Oklahoma & New Mexico in one place. We know the students who participate in ASCE are some of the brightest civil engineering minds engaged in leadership, teamwork, and professionalism. The Texas Civil Engineering Conference (CECON™) offers a snapshot of the best in Texas civil engineering, while providing unique opportunities to learn and build relationships across the state and beyond, contributing to the industry’s technical diversity as never before. Like the ancient Romans, including Archimedes—one of the great inventors of the future—engineers have long been on the forefront of inventing the future one invention at a time.

Our engineering ancestors created the world we know today, now it is our turn to create the world of tomorrow. How are we doing this??? Implementing new and cutting-edge technologies and best practices. Finding essential and emerging technologies through discovery and research. But where are we going? This is your opportunity to nominate a co-worker, friend, or colleague whom you believe is deserving of special recognition by the ASCE Texas Section. The following awards will recognize engineers who provide exemplary service to the Texas Section, their local ASCE Branch, and the general public through their professional work and volunteer efforts. A description of each award can be found on the nomination form below.
