Todd Woodson, P.E LEED AP BD+C- Vice President/Halff Associate

Mr. Woodson  joined Halff Associates in 1996, and has over 25 years of experience in design, management, and construction of heavy-civil projects. His experience includes engineering studies, conceptual design and construction document preparation, and construction management. His design expertise includes airfield, military construction, land development, transportation, and drainage-relief projects. His clients have included the City of Dallas, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, privatedevelopers and architects.

Milton Brooks- Senior Engineer/City of Dallas 

Mr. Brooks is a Senior Engineer with the City of Dallas. He currently manages the Mill Creek / Peaks Branch / State-Thomas drainage relief tunnel project. He has worked for City of Dallas for over thirty years in the Public Works, Trinity Watershed Management, and Dallas Water Utilities Departments. He has managed the design and construction of many street and drainage improvement projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
