ASCE Envision Sustainability Workshop

Greetings, I chair the Liaison Committee of the Committee on Sustainabililty (COS).

One of the ASCE Board of Direction’s current Initiatives is Sustainability. The COS wants to widely advertise three opportunities for your membership, whether you have your own sustainability committee or not¹.

Would you consider advertising on your websites and newsletters the following opportunities:

• ASCE’s Continuing Education Department is offering at a discount the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure’s (ISI) Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) Training Course (November 8-9). Register by Nov 5.
• Anthony Kane, Executive Director of ISI, is offering to present the Envision sustainable infrastructure design tool and rating system to any section or branch that requests it.
• Registration for the International Conference on Sustainable Infrastructure (December 6-10) is now open.
