January Meeting Main Speaker: Gail Hicks

Topic: "US Army Corps of Engineers and the Fort Worth Central City Project"

Gail Hicks spent 7 years in the U.S. Air Force. She obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga, and a M.S. in Project Management as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland. Ms. Hicks started her Corps of Engineers career in the Operations Division as an Electrical Engineer at the Lower Granite Hydroelectric Plant on the Snake River in Walla Walla, Washington. She transferred from Operations to Project Management, and then transferred to Engineering and Construction as a military project manager in the Fort Worth District in 2007. Ms. Hicks is currently working in the Programs and Project Management Division as the Project Manager for the Fort Worth Central City project.
