ASCE Texas Section is Seeking Committee Members for 2020
Volunteer Opportunities with ASCE Texas Section ASCE Texas Section is trying to bolster our committee rosters for 2020 and beyond. We love fresh, new ideas and could always use a hand in planning, executing, and celebrating all our programs. Join our team as we advance our communities through the development of civil engineers just like you. This opportunity could be ideal for anyone who would like to get involved with the Texas Section without having to make a large time commitment. VIEW ALL COMMITTEE DESCRIPTIONS Committees in Need for 2020 Just in case you don't feel like reading through each description to figure out which is a good fit for you, we wanted to highlight a few committees that could use additional help to accomplish their efforts in 2020. Texas Infrastructure Report Card - Help us plan, coordinate and prepare the Report Card for Texas’ Infrastructure. Join this committee as a technical reviewer and subject matter expert or as a project leader, helping to compile input from across the state. Committee work is underway but we are still seeking a few volunteers to support the following infrastructure categories: Texas Institute Chapters - Passionate about technical advancement and best practices? Want to develop technical programming and educate others? Join one of our Texas Institute Chapters or Technical Groups today and help facilitate technical presentations at CECON, monthly Section webinars, and other meetings across the state. Membership - Love interacting with members from across the state? Can’t say enough great things about the value of ASCE? Use your passion to help us grow! Join this committee as they formulate a program encouraging members of the civil engineering profession to join ASCE and members of ASCE to become Subscribing Members of the Texas Section.
