Anthony Luce's Presidential Plaque Award Ceremony

ASCE Dallas Branch had a special presentation at the August meeting for our dear friend, colleague, and ASCE Dallas President Anthony Luce. Anthony passed away earlier this summer after a long battle with cancer. ASCE Dallas Branch continued the tradition awarding the Past President’s gavel plaque and past president pin to Anthony’s wife, Sarah, and their two children, Noah and Hannah. They were also given his nametag that he wore during the meetings.  The Dallas Branch will always be eternally grateful for Anthony’s leadership, friendship, and service.
