TRAVIS KELLY is the Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement for Texas Central.

A native of Waxahachie, Texas and graduate of Baylor University, Travis has been working to bring high-speed trains to Texas for more than 10 years. He currently serves as Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement and supports the company's federal, state and local government and regulatory affairs. Travis opened the Texas Central’s Dallas office as its first employee and was recently identified as one of Progressive Railroading’s Rising Stars.
