Dawn M. Blair, Real Estate Manager (Property Management) - City of Dallas (Department of Aviation)

Topic:  Development and Opportunities at Dallas Love Field and Dallas Executive Airport

Currently serves as the Real Estate Manager for the Department of Aviation at the City of Dallas. She is responsible managing lease negotiations, lease executions and amendments as both the Lessor and Lessee, in addition to utility access agreements/licenses for Dallas Love Field and Dallas Executive Airport. Insuring that all leases comply with City, state, federal/FAA guidelines, policies, ordinances.

Dawn’s 30 plus year career has been in Housing, Economic Development and Real Estate. She has been responsible for $17M budgets, projects that exceed $40M and acquisitions that exceed $80M. Dawn currently manages a team of 7, responsible for real estate and tenant relations.

Most recently, Dawn was a candidate for Dallas City Council District 4 Special Election. She is a 35 year member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching sports and good food!
