Jay ParvezJay Parvez is a Graduate Engineer for Uni-Bell PVC Pipe Association in the Dallas Corporate office.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He previously worked as an Engineer Intern for a consulting and land surveying firm.

Topic: Design Considerations for Dual 96-inch Water Transmission Pipeine Pig Retrieval Station and Flow Distribution Basin

Dorian French

Mr. French has more than 47 years of experience in managing, planning, developing, designing, and constructing water and wastewater facilities, large diameter water transmission pipelines, flood control projects, off-channel reservoirs, dams, and tunnels.  During his career, his responsibilities have included master plan studies, pipeline routing studies and preparation of detailed pipeline plans and specifications.  He has performed pipeline hydraulic analysis, conceptual design, feasibility studies, dam safety inspections, estimating, economic evaluations, grant, loan and permit applications. He’s also provided technical specifications for pipe fabrication facilities, construction methods and process equipment, computer modeling of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
